Our Process

 

Our main focus is our customers and their needs. This is why we endeavour to make sure the process of purchasing your playground markings is as simple as possible.

We want to build a good relationship with our customers and we believe the best way of achieving this is by providing you with a excellent service with outstanding support from the start of your project and through all stages until completion.

 

STAGE 1

 

To make your initial enquiry you can use our online system which is quick and simple to use. All you need to do is choose the markings you require and add them to the quote and the system will do the rest. You will then receive a quote to your email address once one of our staff has processed the order. We can also call you and discuss your options.

Alternatively you can call our friendly sales team on 01362 688 121 to discuss your requirements and they will generate your quotation from our office.

Should you require a site survey one of our sales representatives will be happy to come and meet you at your convenience to discuss and assess your playground.

 

STAGE 2

 

Once you are happy with your quotation all we need you to do is send us, either an official purchase order or an email letting us know that you are happy to proceed with your order.  We will then send you an Order Acknowledgment.

 

STAGE 3

 

Your order is then processed and passed through to our installation Team who will contact you to arrange a suitable time to come and install your playground markings.
